The rinsers/air rinsers are designed to optimize cleaning and/or sterilization of containers before the filling. They can be supplied with fixed or mobile nozzle, single or double treatment.
A wide range of options complete our machines to meet any requirement of the customers Optional include: electronically controlled distribution through Valves, built-in CIP system that can be also used for the filler, dummy bottles with recycling of the sanitizing liquid. Recycling system for rinsing with the “Product” (wine rinsing), fume aspiration hood, filters for liquids and air used for the treatments, last drop blow-away device, etc.
Special emphasis is given to minimizing downtimes for format change: ABTECHNO rinsers are equipped with electrical height adjustment and, on demand, PLC controlled recipes. The special bottle gripper, besides guaranteeing a firm grip of the container at the neck, is equipped with a revolutionary system for ultra-rapid substitution of the plastic pads, to adapt the grippers to the various types of necks on the market. |
