The bottles are placed on the conveyor belt, where they are automatically guided through the rinser, the filler and the capper, stopping under each activated function, to the exit of the conveyor belt at the end of the line. Nine nozzles rinsing turret manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel. The parts in contact with the rinsing fluid are made of AISI 316 ( Valve-taps, distributor, grippers, collection tank). Plastic and rubber parts are made of food-grade materials. Seizing grippers are made of stainless steel AISI 316 MICROFUSION. Includes two star wheels and counter star wheel suitable for cylindrical type bottles. | |
