The automatic capper model MT/VX is designed for the application of plastic pressure capsules, screw caps and pre-threaded capsules on glass bottles. It is made of INOX STEEL AISI 304, steel alloys, and food grade plastic materials, which make cleaning, sterilization and servicing easy, ensuring the machine’s long operative life.

The substitution of the accessories and the regulation in height are quick and easy.

The lifting of the head is mechanical, its is adjustable in height from 140 mm to 380 mm.

The machine includes a vibration capsules feeder.

Special safety systems stop the machine immediately in case of emergency, preventing the breakage of the bottles and other problems.

All electrical controls are built according to CE norms.
