The deaeration station mounted before the filler is recommended for products easy to oxidize when in contact with the oxygen contained in the air (such as wine).The process is subdivided into the following stages:

The bottle is saturated with inert gas (N2-CO2)
The bottle goes under the filler
During the filling, the inert gas passes from the bottle to the upper part of the tank so creating a coat preventing the product from oxidizing.
