Automatic rotary filler with gravity/low vacuum filling system for still liquids or with high vacuum system for dense liquids, equipped with filling valves with easily adjustable filling level and sanitization. Manufactured of AISI304 stainless steel and equipped with inlet and discharge starwheels, guide arc conveyor and automatic loading of the product in the tank with pneumatic actuator throttle, level sensor, inlet mouth DN25 of AISI304 stainless steel, complete sanitation.

CLOSING UNIT Single-head or revolving, with inlet and discharge automatic starwheel, manufactured of STAINLESS STEEL AISI304. The closing units as available for natural corks, t-stoppers, screw corks, and crown corks. For natural corks the closing heads is extractable and consists of 4 hardened ground steel jaws and the turrets are equipped with cork hoppers. Besides, it is possible to fit the vacuum under the cork and/or nitrogen injection. CAPPING UNIT Capping machine with lift-descent system with capsule magazine and shrink head with adjustable temperature for shrink caps or 8-roller spinner for aluminium polylaminate capsules. Safety and alarm system checking the closure of the bottle to prevent the capping and the labelling in case of bottle not closed (option).

Dynamic end storage synchronized with the main conveyor belt, manufactured of AISI304 stainless steel and transport chain of acetal resin, equipped with a sensor stopping the machine automatically when the magazine is full; in this way a single operator is sufficient to control the bottling process.
