Automatic rotary high vacuum filler for oil built with AISI-304 stainless steel, including high vacuum depression system with 12mc/h vacuum pump, suitable for high density liquids. Includes: six filler nozzles (of standard 15mm diameter) with mechanical filling level adjustment and six plates mounted on pneumatic pistons, two star wheels and one counter star wheel suitable for cylindrical and/or square type bottles. Product loading system by pneumatic actuator throttle valve and electronic probes for automatic filling level control in the filler tank, complete with product input gate valve dn25, all in AISI-304 stainless steel with high polished finishes for efficient cleaning and sterilizing. Manual height adjustment of the filler for bottle formats adjustment.
Automatic single-head screw capper built with AISI-304 stainless steel, suitable for cylindrical and/or square type bottles. Includes: automatic loading star wheel, automatic electro-magnetic vibration caps feeder, chute with direct positioning device and capping head for aluminum 31x24.5mm screwcaps with pourer insert. Manual height adjustment of the screwcapper for bottle formats adjustment. Other sizes capper available.
