GENERAL |
|
Screwcapping head with 4 rollers - 2 seaming and 2 threading - for high quality screwcaps processing. Head made of stainless steel. One capping head included for 30x60 screwcaps. Other capping heads formats available and/or interchangeable upon request. Suitable for application of aluminum screwcaps with or without pourer insert. The cap, with or without the pourer insert inside, is positioned manually on the bottle. The bottle is then placed on the plate. Easy manual operation actioned by two buttons to be pressed and held during capping cycle. Body and structure in anti-corrosion galvanized steel, stainless steel and food grade plastics. Electric power input single-phase 240 V - 50-60Hz. Compressed air required: 6 bar continuous. Compressor 35 L minimum. Dimensions: 1000mm x 600mm x 660mm. OPTIONAL |
ANTI-CONDENSATION FILTER |
